But I'm tired and this will do for the moment.
So, I saw Deathstars on Friday. They were awesome just like last time.
I ended up not spending a penny that night.
But anyway, on with my story.
As me and Kim were dancing/headbanging/drinking happily, Whiplasher comes out of nowhere and looks around the room. So me being a big Deathstars fan, I get all excited.
We journey in the general direction he had gone (the bar) and we found Skinny!! So I strike up a conversation with him, hes a really nice guy!
Then Whiplasher and Bone come along and I talk to them for a bit, not so much Whiplasher, because he irritates me. The EGO! Jesus.
Then I convince them all to come dance, which Skinny and the roadie do, I then didnt see Whiplasher at all after that (not that I'm complaining, he went to a quiet corner and was the least fun lol)
One of the guys from The Defiled took a bit of a liking to me and danced very close indeed.. until Kim started slapping his hands away from me, haha! Oh dear.
A fair few drinks later (mostly provided by Kim, a rather nice man with long hair, the roadie and Cat) I was 'merry' but not quite drunk. Alas I seem to have developed a slight immunity to jager. This is not something I am proud of. Makes nights much more expensive!
But anyway, I walk on over to Kim who is taking some time out while a song she isn't overly fond of comes on, the next thing I know one of the guys from Marionette is stuck to me! How the hell...?! Now I can safely say that was not my doing! The 'groupie' thing really isn't my scene. So I was pretty embarrassed but this guy was really sweet ^_^ aww <3
So after the club closed me and Kim went to hang out on the tourbus (and thats exactly what we did, like I said, I'm not into the whole groupie thing hah) where some brandy was brought into the mix. I felt sorry for Kim having to drive, it would have been so much more fun if she was drinking too, boo!
I didn't get home til 6am, and I had work at 10 >_<

Bleeding Through were amazing, they're the band I went to see really, I like Lacuna Coil but nowhere near as much as these guys. Brandans voice is amazing live and they were all pretty mental on stage!
Lacuna Coil were alright, but I can't help but think it was more like some pantomime because of the way the vocalists were. Strange acting and playing for the cameras rather than their audience.
Plus, I decided Cristina looks like Gok Wan.
BUT, after the gig me and Kev went for some food and waited around outside for our lift back up to Keighley. As we were just sat there, Brandan walked past! Nobody noticed because everyone was there for BFMV. So we ran after him haha! He is so awesome, we got our tickets signed and a picture with him, then we were stoof talking to him at their tour bus for about 40 minutes. A few others from Bleeding Through got off the tour bus to talk too which was awesome. I found out that they'll next be back in April, headlining this time which I'm so happy about!

I'm angry with my septum piercing. It doesn't behave. Any jewellery I have in there MOVES to one side (it isn't pierced wonky or anything, its a perfectly placed piercing and healed) Its just I must be really clumsy and knock it to one side without noticing. I'm constantly feeling it to see if its straight (haha) which makes me look really funny when I'm out and about, but sod it.
Back to the topic of scars - I might see a doctor about having one removed. I have a pretty nasty scar from a madison piercing. Well 2 actually, the first time it was pierced it started to reject so I took it out, no scar there really the first time, but then after a few month I decided to get it done again through the scar tissue. So when it rejected it left a really nasty scar =(
Hmm, yes I think I will get some kind of modification at the beginning of October when I get paid ^___^

Started off by going to Kev's parents then got a lift into Bradford.
I had to go buy things (Hair dye, etc) and I bought some awesome new eyeshadow by Bourjois, ahhh I love it when I find good makeup while its still on its introductory price haha!
Then we went to Frankie and Bennys. First time I have ever been too!
We had a good time in there then we had to leave because our film (Hellboy 2) was about to start at Cineworld.
We got there five minutes into it because Bradford cineworld staff are so slow its unbelievable.
But... I did get a brownie sundae with fudge sauce ^_^ heh.
On our way back to the train station we stopped off at Gasworks and went in until our last train, which we ended up not getting anyway because our mates band was playing (Eyesore Angels, go check em out on myspace, they're good)
So we got a taxi back to Keighley instead.
Not really that eventful but it was good nonetheless. I haven't been out properly for a while.
I spent way too much money though =(
Pah I'm back at work soon.

I was working a lot more hours recently... and now I'm off work until beginning of September! Yay!
I got all the information I need for the beauty course I'm hoping to start next month, its gonna cost a LOT but it'll be worth it.
I pick up my kit for the course when I enrole ^_^
Unfortunately I will be doing the evening course so I can keep the same hours at work.
I had another shoot today with Elizabeth Chiyoko in Doncaster.
It was interesting getting to the location lol ^_^ but it was kool.
The weather was pretty good too, or at least not pissing it down. Always a winner.
Looking forward to seeing the pictures from that - from what I saw on her camera at the shoot I'm quite pleased with them =D
Oh yeah, my mum and her boyfriend have buggered off on holiday, the dogs at the kennels so the house has been pretty quiet.
Tidy though.... because have been tidying ¬_¬
It sucks been at home on my own when Kev and Adrian are at work. But I managed to sort my sewing machine out =D
... While the kitten tried getting away with my bobbins.

Well, since my last post I have decided on where I am going to college. I'm off back to Keighley College (The lucky bastards)
It was my birthday on the 19th so I went to the wendyhouse in Leeds. It was fun but really warm! Here's a picture of me looking a bit flustered lol - That Daryl and Luci in the background. I wish I didn't have the pink in my hair, for some reason I think it blends in with my corset and makes me look like I have short hair. Or it looks like straps of a non existent bag.
And innocently trying to put some lip gloss on in the toilets lmao.
But anyway, other than that.
I'm working full-time for the next 2 weeks while my manager is away, which means I am in charge of the shop o.0
I was fine with that at Crazy Cats because its easy to look after and theres not people there to constantly be noticing your mistakes.
Conways art shop is part of Conways Toymaster.
The main office for all of Conways is above the art shop.
Which means if I mess anything up somehow, they will notice.
Bummer.
But on a lighter note, it means more money.
I get almost 2 weeks off after that too =) So I'll be booking more shoots.
I have a shoot on the 10th at Bolton Abbey with Admirion again.
Then a shoot on the 27th with Elizabeth Chiyoko =)
Two photographers I have had the pleasure of working with before, that I am totally comfortable with and love their work, so I'm happy about that.
I tend to get quite nervous about shoots if its the first time I've worked with the photographer.
Both shoots are something a bit different to my usual kinda gothicy, alternative, punky, cybery whatever the mixture shots I have in my port already.
Still alternative, but not the same sort of styles.
I can't decide whether to get a fringe or not. I have loads of fake fringes I have made myself, human hair in various cuts and colours. I just can't be arsed to re-style them whenever I get them out of the drawer and clip them in lol.
Plus I can;t wear them at gigs unless I just don't headbang. Which, lets be honest isn't really an option for me.
On my dinner at work tomorrow I'm going to the market and buying shit loads of fabric.
I got a new sewing machine for my birthday that I need to put into action.
Plus I need to make a real Victorian style skirt for the 10th.
Oh and if you haven't seen The Dark Knight already...well...do.

Well I had a shoot a couple of weeks ago in Leeds with Morbidly Inclined Photography, heres a few picturesss

And that one just made me laugh heh ^_^ EDIT - until my boyfriend pointed out that my left knee looks like its going INWARDS! Ergh! >.<
I also had 2 shoots last Saturday (28th) in Sheffield, one was with Admirion and the other was with Crippen.
I was a little disappointed with the Admirion shoot for one reason only, I had bought a new corset for it and because I didn't take a chaperone I didn't have anyone to lace me into it properly. I can't do it myself because I can't make it as tight as it will go, it usually goes to a 22inch but it just really didn't with only me doing it =[ anyway heres a picture from that shoot - 
I don't have any pictures back from the Crippen shoot but I'm hoping to soon =)

I've just got back into Breed 77 I think, I've always loved them but I stopped listening to them as much, but it came on when I had my ipod on shuffle and an awesome song it was too - 'Empty Words' so now I'm listening to them again.
Its my mums birthday today, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY not that she reads my LJ but oh well.
I have painted Megan (her dalmation) for her in acrylics on an A4 canvas.
Kev bought me a creme egg twisted bar, awesome.
I have shoots next week, I think. Well we've been discussing shoots for next week but I may make them the week after depending on what times the photographers have available.

So I started my new job on Thursday, and its going quite well! I was a bit nervous at first but I've got into it now :)
Although I did buy £10's worth of card making stuff today >.< we had just got the new stock in too so I went a bit crazy picking things up off the stand (Bare in mind everything was £1 and I got discount off that too) So I'm gonna have a play around.

If anyone has a good shoot idea let me know :) I have one idea I really want to do but that should really be a studio shoot.
Pah, I need to re dye my roots. And buy some new shoes :s
